Role : Business Analyst (work from office)
Location : Yerwada, Pune
Experience : 2 years+
Shift : US Shift (3 PM to 1 AM IST)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience who can translate data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support data-driven decision making.
This role requires strong analytical skills, SQL expertise, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes, datasets, and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL and related analytical tools.
Develop reports, dashboards, and data models to support business decisions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
Monitor key business metrics and provide performance insights.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
Assist leadership with data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and revenue performance.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting standards.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to interpret complex datasets and present insights clearly.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Comfortable working from our Pune office between 3 PM – 1 AM.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, etc.).
Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools.
Exposure to hospitality, SaaS, or analytics-driven environments is a plus.
